Dan moved from Qld and started his ministry at Port Macquarie Nov 2022. He has a passion for connecting with people and community. He is interested in church planting, and men’s and youth ministry. He is married to Kerry and they have two adult sons and two dogs.

 
 

Yoshiya Sakamoto - Assistant minister/Deacon


Yoshiya made a life-changing decision in 2000 to leave his homeland of Japan and embark on a new life in Australia. With a background as a teacher, he found his calling at St Thomas in 2020, where he began serving the community. Yoshiya's passion is to make the teachings of the Bible accessible to all, ensuring that everyone can understand and embrace its wisdom. Alongside his loving wife, Olivia, they have three sons who serves in the church and two fluffy dogs.


Kyle Moore -
Youth Leader/Music Leader


Kyle is the vibrant Youth and worship leader of St Thomas! His three biggest passions are serving God, playing and writing uplifting music, and cherishing his wife, Chloe. Kyle's love for people drives his desire to provide everyone with the chance to worship and offer praise to God at St Thomas.

Office Manager


Bronte plays a key role in supporting the vision and ministries of St Thomas. She manages the daily operations of the office, coordinates administrative processes and provides practical support to clergy, staff, and volunteers. With a friendly and approachable manner, Bronte is often a first point of contact for members of the church and wider community. She brings strong organisation, attention to detail, and a servant-hearted approach to her work.


 
 

Emma Christian -
Families Ministry leader

Emma is our Families Ministry leader. She leads Kids' church on Sundays and Playgroup. Emma has a passion for community and helping children grow and develop their Christian faith. It is her hope and prayer that through our family ministries, our families will feel and know the love of Jesus Christ, which will be a source of great encouragement as they go about their week. Emma is married to Grant, and together, they have four children and a menagerie of animals on their farm.
